Kwan has been in building management and real estate for 10 years. He is our CEO and his hands-on and genuine eagerness to ensure the complex is looking beautiful makes him a familiar face in the complex.

Kwan also is the complex's sales agent, he is vastly knowledgable in the buying and selling process and always ensures our sellers get the highest possible return for their property.
